The company
in silico biology, inc.(ISB) is a developer of bioscience software products. ISB was established 5 years ago while its technology dates back to almost 20 years. Three experts of bioscience software have long experiences in development of molecular biology software products. Most of the products are the results under cooperative works with NAIST, Kyushu University, or JAMSTEC.
Products line
They have already developed the following products series.
*in silico MolecularCloning, IMC, series products
in silico MolecularCloning, IMC, series products feature various cloning experiments on computer. Namely, the products can directly digest, amplify and ligate DNA sequences. Primer information can be also stored upon the annotated genomic sequences, so that it is convenient to manage numerous primer sets. Homology searches are performed without knowledge about databases and the results are referred any time with other annotations. Using the array edition of IMC, high resolution tiling array profiles can be viewed along with known annotation on genomes.
*MetaGenomeGAMBLER, MGG, series products
MetaGenomeGAMBLER, MGG, series products are used in microbial genome sequencing projects, and provide powerful functionalities along with in silico Assembler, ISA. ISA assembles various DNA sequences of different formats.
