How to inquire & how to order

Inquiry

The prices for our product on the list, excepting “inquiry” mentioned at price section are described by Japanese currency (JPY). And the price is ex-work basis. We can also quote by US dollar (US$) basis. The freight cost and handling fee are additionally required. Please inquire the exact price and additional fees to us at first, by e-mail or fax listed the bottom of this page. We will send back the proforma invoice (price estimate) by return.

Ordering

When ordering to us, please clarify the product code, product name and quantity. Your PO number, billing address and shipping address is necessary. When you want to order our software products, please process your order based on the instruction described at our software section. Soon after our receipt of your order, we will send you the proforma invoice and/or order confirmation.

Payment

If it is first time for you to place the order to us, we request prepayment based on our proforma invoice. After we recognize your payment, we will process the shipment for your order. Currently we don’t accept the payment by credit card. Please arrange the payment by wire transfer.

Shipment

The products will be shipped by FedEx or DHL. We can also arrange the shipment by your account of FedEx, DHL or UPS. The dry-ice shipment must be arranged only by FedEx.
